i need help

i test this program out but it doesn't work anymore because of the while loop can anybody advice me with a loop that check if the color_at_xy == target_color3 everytime during the executing of the program and if it doesn't find that it gonna leave the loop and continue to this line " check_color(987, 307, target_color1, 0) "
