I tried it like this:
pip install pyinstaller
cd "C:\Users\Henning\Desktop\Popmart Sucmi"
pyinstaller --onefile --windowed main.py
pyinstaller --onefile --add-data "settings.json;." --add-data "user.json;." main.py

I didnt give me any error but not created any exe file

Can you run tree command and see?

I think it put it in some inner directory
