The "invalid_grant" error typically occurs when the refresh token provided to the Discord API is invalid or has expired. This means that your token either isn't correct, or its expired, It could also mean that you are hitting your API Rate Limits (Basically sending too many things to the discord api) Also, Authorization codes have a short expiration time. If the code has expired, you'll need to request a new one from the user.
