Remember to:
- Ask your Python question, not if you can ask or if there's an expert who can help.
- Show a code sample as text (rather than a screenshot) and the error message, if you've got one.
- Explain what you expect to happen and what actually happens.
:warning: Do not pip install anything that isn't related to your question, especially if asked to over DMs.
right click on it, and it will tell you
it just says reformat the issue and when i click it it does nothing
I assume it's telling you to use isinstance instead of type(..) == ..
anyway, Guess is the return value if input(), but input() always returns strings. even if you type numbers. those are just strings
and not sure why you try to use while loop there
thanks but is there a way to make it say something when its not a number
you can use Guess.isdecimal() in an if condition, if you want to check if a string contains only decimal characters.
whats a decimal character
a decimal? a digit from 0 to 9
