Remember to:
- Ask your Python question, not if you can ask or if there's an expert who can help.
- Show a code sample as text (rather than a screenshot) and the error message, if you've got one.
- Explain what you expect to happen and what actually happens.
:warning: Do not pip install anything that isn't related to your question, especially if asked to over DMs.
i got this as homework: The data file contains numbers related to the letters in the sentence (equal number equals equal letter). X's indicate spaces.
The program should acquire the data from the file, propose it to the user appropriately, ask the user for the number to be replaced and the letter to replace it with. Following the substitution propose the text again with the data just entered and ask for the next number-letter pair until the entire sentence is completed.
the data file is a txt file, here is the content of it: https://pastebin.com/hWMs8ntP
Pastebin.com is the number one paste tool since 2002. Pastebin is a website where you can store text online for a set period of time.
here is my code: https://pastebin.com/As1KqJMt (apology for all the comments)
