slash commands can't have select menus inside them

however you can do channel: discord.TextChannel, not sure if it lets you select multiple though

because {channel.id for channel in channels.values}, slash command only allow 1 channel and discord.TextChannel would only be a singular channel

if you aim for multiple channel, please use text component + channel select instead of slash command

or create mutiple optional argument behind (not recommended)
