Hope all are well. I have written this method decorator, however, it's been causing issues with the self parameter, which it apparently alters and this causes a whole mess of errors.
I am not quite sure how to properly type hint a method decorator where the method being decorated does not undergo a signature alteration.

In the code above, P = ParamSpec('P').
I think overall it's a poorly written code, so open to any suggestions as to how I can improve/rewrite this.
