that's my code for my AWS script to include AWS Elasticache for tin-2, problem is that it doens't correctly filter out 4 accounts in tin-2 and just gives me the total of elasticache combined, instead of just for those 4 accounts

correction- now in this one "with service Amazon ElastiCache: $0.00"
so it just gives me 0 for this script
