Remember to:

  • Ask your Python question, not if you can ask or if there's an expert who can help.
  • Show a code sample as text (rather than a screenshot) and the error message, if you've got one.
  • Explain what you expect to happen and what actually happens.

:warning: Do not pip install anything that isn't related to your question, especially if asked to over DMs.

why do you need to use async?

#

Where is the error exactly in the code?

pallid lark
#

can you copy paste the exact error

#

is flasks schedule async safe?

#

i dont think it is

#

looking at the documentation, it has no mention of async / asyncio, safe to assume it isnt.

#

which means you can't use that with your async code.

Im not sure if you are allowed to create a job that way before you .start() the scheduler

pallid lark
#

the problem is that the scheduler isn't awaiting the async function
