🔒 Sorry this isnt python but i need to find a file that i have open and cant close

bit obscure, but i accidently opened a video file in text format so now its open on notepad but i cannot swap tabs onto it, delete it, close it, or anyhting like that. I need to find this file on my computer so i can delete it from file manager?

im not too great with this and idk where the right channel for it is

All i know is that it's called "video"
