I've asked something similar before, but I am curious still curious: how does one learn new things efficiently at an intermediate level? I.e if I read a book on python, it is likely that I will know 90% of what is talked about, but I really need that 10% so that I can get better. But rereading old books or reading new books that are mostly concepts I know well seems so inefficient.
