The way we'd get to Mars is probably completely different than the approach you'd take to get to another solar system. To get to another solar system, you'd probably be using some insane nuclear rocket that can take you to a fraction (0.1 0r 1%) of lightspeed

@vestal briar the issue is the most energy is needed to actually leave earth, the further you are, the less is needed, and if you add a nuclear reactor as dead weight for the hardest part, it'll require that much fuel to get there, and as the rocket equation shows, the more fuel you add, the more fuel you need, so past a certain initial weight it's almost impossible (and economically unrealistic long before that), to go to orbit

i know a kid who just can't eat beef or cheese or almost anything that comes from them (save for butter), seems to be some protein from cows he's allergic to, i'm sure you could have allergy to about anything and get relief by stopping eating that specifically, so that theory seems plausible to me.

A quick look on the carnivore diet subreddit seems to show that it's not intended to be a lifelong diet. You're supposed to eat meat for 30 days, then gradually reintroduce other foodstuffs incrementally until you find the one that was causing you grief

And even if Java itself dies out (which I don't foresee happening in a decade or more), there are other languages like C# that are similar to them that you'll be able to adapt some of the things you learned from one to the other

It's only been a few days since Blizzard launched Warcraft III: Reforged, but fans have made it clear that they are not happy. In response, Blizzard says it is "sorry to those of you who didn't have the experience you wanted." The company promises that at least a handful of fixes are on the way.

Blizzard says it has already addressed a few server-load issues that impacted players on launch day, and that it has identified the bug responsible for color and shading issues. It is testing a fix that will be incorporated into a larger patch, which it expects to release later this week. The patch will address other issues, including portrait animations, audio bugs and UI fixes.

There are a few changes that Blizzard will not make. It is standing by its decision to remove tournaments and the Reign of Chaos ruleset. Both were underutilized, and Blizzard says eliminating those frees the team up to work on areas impacting more players. Blizzard doesn't have plans to change the in-game cutscenes that some users complained about, either, saying it wants to "preserve the true spirit of Warcraft III."

It's hard to say whether Blizzard's apology or the proposed changes will satisfy users. In the meantime, the company is offering full refunds to users who aren't satisfied with the remake.

One is possibility to install OEM by yourself for your own use. In general this is prohibited by OEM system builder licence. AFAIK only two countries allow to do this.
