well that depends on what your program does in the background if you for example got an application running which you access which writes and reads from the hard drive it might, also the fact that your program doesnt consume enough does not mean other programs on the server dont consume enough to force your program into swap

Here in Chile we have point systems. Ranging from 150 to 850, there's the NEM (calculated accordingly to the last 4 years of highschool), Ranking (given by your school), and PSU (University Selection Test, one for each subject), then an University can choose the percentage that's required for each one to be able to enter. For example, it could be 10% NEM, 10% Ranking, 50% PSU Math, 15% PSU Language and 15% PSU Chemistry
