stainless steel is my prefered pan for burgers but a non-stick will work fine. just heat it up real good before you put the burger in, then run it on high-ish medium and let it finish one side at a time, no constant flipping.

heat the pan with some oil or butter, check if it's hot by splashing a drop of water in it and waiting for a good sizzle, down to medium-high heat, throw in the burger (not too many), and resist the urge to fuck with it.
3-4 minutes per side, usually. ideally completely undisturbed.
they'll turn out great.
