tzhe alternateing angle theorem allows us to show that the lower right angle is 36 (because the upper one can be trivially proven to have this value) then we can draw a line from the tangent intersection point to the middle point of the circle and also trivially show that the 18 degree angle there has its actual value
and thus the angle we're searching for is 90-18-36 = 36
