What is PyWeek?

PyWeek is community-run, so you can enter by yourself or with a team of your choosing! You'll have a week to make a game in Python and submit that game for the community to judge. PyWeek kicked off this weekend and there are now ~5 days remaining to create and finish a game in Python! By the end of the coding portion on <t:1743292800:f> (<t:1743292800:R>), you will have 24 hours to upload your game to pyweek.org.

At this point, your team should begin submitting your game at pyweek.org. You should submit a ZIP or TAR/GZIP of the necessary files that includes a README with the relevant information and details on how to install the necessary dependencies for your project. See https://pyweek.readthedocs.io/en/latest/help.html#how-to-submit-your-entry for more details on the submission process.

You're welcome to ask others with a specific OS for help in making sure your file runs properly on different systems in #pyweek-game-jam.

You have 24 hours (<t:1759104000:f>, <t:1759104000:R>) to submit your projects, at which time judging and voting will begin. Keep in mind that towards the end of the deadline the server will be under heavy load, so aim to submit early and have some patience.
