Cards that check mana values of other artifacts on board seem to be broken.
In this screenshot [[Emissary Escort]] should be getting +5/+0 from Darksteel Juggernaut on the battlefield. Similarly, [[Metalwork Colossus]] does not recieve any cost reductions
Currently on Desktop 2.0.11-Snapshot-03.01, but was also hapening on previous snapshots
