Eldraine Role not disappearing when a new one added

While playing a Wilds of Eldraine draft, I had a cursed role put on my Minstrosity through Vantress Transmuter's Croaking Curse adventure. I had a spellbook vendor out, activated it during the combat phase and put a sorceror role on my Minstrosity to remove the Cursed Role. Here you can see it isn't removed:

That's correct. Its unintuitive but the rules for roles are only one per player. Since the cursed role is your opponent's it will stay with your own
