I think Gran-Gran is discounting too broadly

This is a bit harder for me to test than some issues, because it requires the opponent to have and try to cast something, but I'm pretty sure that the card Gran-Gran from Avatar is discounting non-creature spells for all players, not just the spells you cast yourself. (My AI opponent had a six-mana planeswalker in its hand and was able to cast it for only five mana and had no treasures or other mana sources available.)

Looking at the script, here is what's currently there:

I'm definitely no expert, but I think this might be missing some kind of YouCtrl parameter or something of that nature.
