I have gotten my Sanctum of All to trigger multiple times now, but it never actually allows me to grab a srhine out of my graveyard and library on the same turn. The second I choose the first one, it puts it on the battlefield and moves to my next upkeep trigger.
It does properly pull up my graveyard and and library for me to look through.
I have tried selecting one out of my graveyard and library first; regardless it still only lets me choose one shrine from one location.

When Sanctum of All triggers, it asks if you want to:
Usually I just say yes to all 3 but I will try later if you can say no to the first 2 and yes to the 3rd and that fixes it.

Are you asking why you can't get both a shrine from your graveyard and a shrine from your library off a single trigger? Pretty sure the card doesn't work that way.

Yeah, even though it has "and/or" in it you can still only get one shrine.

It says that so you don't have to search your library (and thusly shuffle it) if you don't want

wait seriously? I've been playing it like it gives you the option for library or graveyard or both basically since I pulled it lol
