Unable to add certain cards.

Hi. So I'm on android, version 2.0.07
Snapshot 10.15.

I'm trying to import a commander deck, but it only adds 78 of the 99 non-commander part. When I try to add the rest manually, it doesn't show me the option.

In the example, I try to add Agate Instigator, but it doesn't let me.
But it does let me add Agate Assault, wich shows up next to it.

I've checked in case instigator wasn't legal on commander, but it is.

I've had the same problem with other cards as well.

Am I doing something wrong?

Are you sure it's not in the main deck or sideboard?

Generally when you can't add a card it's 'cause it's already in the deck.

I'm new to using forge, I'm still getting used to it.
