So i beat liliana and was told her mind is till trapped or something? I have no idea what to do next, I spared the witch boss in this dungeon to get her herbs if that does anything.
Also what does the black stone I got from liliana do? I absolutely adore this game but this whole thing really should have been a quest.

There's the main story with the key collection as the only real main quest that I'm assuming you've done.
After you get the keys, you can get a key to take on emrakul which I also assume you've done.
Liliana is a big and optional dungeon.
Tybalt also has one in a similar style.
That's the main big content of Shandalar's adventure. There's also various bosses you can find including but not limited to: Teferi, Nahiri, Kiora, Garruk, Chandara, Xira, Solobad, and Hydra from the top of my head.
Liliana's stone has no use as far as I'm aware and only denotes that you've completed the boss.
