Bug Report: Court of Ambition

A player with no cards in hand doesn't lose life due to [[Court of Ambition]].

This was specifically an AI opponent, not sure if the same thing happens with a human player.

Tangentially, the AI always chooses to lose life over discarding cards, even with a full hand. The only time it discarded was when it didn't have enough life remaining to survive the life lost.
