Hey, I've noticed the AI response time slows down a ton when I play Doomsday Excruciator in Commander. If I were to guess, I think the AI is making decisions accounting for all the cards that have been exiled, even though they're exiled face down and it cannot interact with them. I'm not sure if this is intended behaviour or a side effect of other systems, but the AI shouldn't be considering these cards given they are unplayable.
