It appears that Mistbreath Elder mistakenly has a 4/4 Power/Toughness, rather than 2/2. Also, I'm not sure that the functionality is behaving as it's supposed to, although I'm definitely no rules expert and the card is a bit confusingly worded IMO. It seems to imply that you have to return another creature to your hand, but then if you can't, you have the option of returning Mistbreath Elder itself to your hand. In practice, it appears that it bounces the card automatically but doesn't put a +1/+1 counter on itself. And if it's on a board with no other creatures under your control, it just does nothing and doesn't offer to bounce itself back.
