hello, I'm trying to use forge 1.6.63 on a macbook pro m1 with somona 14.4.1. When I run the jar file, forge starts but stay blocked on welcome window. forge.log file attached to this post. Is anyone to help me please?

Do you have extra edition files or something?

nothing else other than files provided in the tar.bz2 archive file and a custom directory to store user files but with nothing inside

Try redownloading? Your edition files aren't loading

ok, I try to copy forge directory in document folder instead the folder on a external drive I used on previous test and forge app works now!

but I would prefer execute the app from my external drive

what could be the cause of the problem ?

The error you posted said an edition file wasn't defined properly
