I don't understand all the in's and out's of the background so apologies if this is wrong/not helpful but I started a basic booster draft and there is a Dr. Who card labeled as SIS (shadows of the past) in the SIR pack.

#

Used a fantasy draft with the following configuration and selected SIR, ISD, and AVR

It just sounds like you don't have set images

I did run an audit and am missing many SIR images but that one isn't in the results - I figured it wasn't even part of the set

#

SIR images missing audit results:

Oh wait, what set is this?

SIR

#

was just about to say the same where I think you're going

#

shadows over innistrad*

hardy quartz
#

Ya thats right

#

Theres one card in the booster slot from this other set

possible it accidently got added in the code to Shadows over innistrad by mistake but should be Shadows of the Past?

Its remastered, its not just shadows over innistrad

Shadows of the Past – Bonus Sheet
Set includes Historic-Legal Bonus Sheet (76 extra cards) that contains cards mostly from the original Innistrad block.
Bonus Sheet works like the Strixhaven Mystic Archive and The Brothers’ War Retro Artifacts, with its own set symbol to differentiate from the main set.
They are contained both in draft and purchased boosters.

oh

#

I didn't know that's how remastered works, my apologies

#

makes sense given that

#

I thought the shadows of the past thing was completely different set (same with other remasters). Thanks Friar, apologies for the error

This is a very common thing these days where they have sub-sets that only appear in a single slot in a booster

#

But the card is technically a different set

yeah it's confusing as a returning player (plus all the online and promo stuff); but I like that you guys put so much effort into adding it all and letting the players have choice - just leads to dumb things like this from us that don't get it
