I click on the card in my hand and it just zooms in. I've got plenty of mana, plenty of valid fodder, it's my main phase, and as far as I can tell there aren't any permanents out or effects that should prevent it.

I was able to cast another copy on a previous turn, too.
I wonder if the effect from Nahiri's first loyalty ability is getting in the way somehow?
