As it says on the tin, Aminatou's Augury doesn't let you play battles. Tried in multiplayer, wouldn'y let me play Invasion of Amonkhet.

A Battle isn't an instant or sorcery so I'm not sure what you're expecting?

A battle would be its own card type that can't be grabbed by deluge
