Title. Was grinding in Adventure mode, decided to see what the other gamemodes were like by hitting escape and hitting the Classic button. When I loaded Adventure today, all my saves were gone and I had to start all over...

Hmm, you're not the first person to experience this i don't think #adventurers-guild message

Any chance you backed your saves up, or checked manually if the saves were still there, just not being read?

figured i'd report it and make sure you guys were aware of it, because it didn't show up in a help search.
I did not back up my saves, but I can check if they're still there. Where does it save to?

PC or mobile?

PC.

Should in Appdata, i think it's something like appdata, roaming, obb, android? Poke around in there and see if you can find it, i'll search real quick too

#

Save files are located at %appdata%\Forge\adventure\Shandalar by default, labeled by slot name.

#

Sorry, was mixing up pc and android lol

#

you can get to appdata by typing %appdata% in the windows search bar

#

Specifically that will take you to appdata/roaming

I'm not sure if they're still there or not- I had specific names for my save slots that aren't reflected in the save filenames, but I did start another save today.

If for any reason you've set up a custom plane to test, the save files are unique to the plane

...I did hit the custom plane button a few times but nothing seemed to happen.

That's going to be your issue. Go in to your settings, change your plane back to shandalar, save, and restart the program.

Custom planes function, but the functionality around them isn't very well fleshed out.

#

No, you're good, we know the UI needs some work in places. I'm just glad it was an issue that we could help with
