I'm trying to play a preconstructed Commander deck (Necron Dynaties) and I can see that the list shows 100 cards, but when I "View Deck", there are only 99 cards and the commander is missing. What am I doing wrong? Once I get that sorted out and begin playing, how do I cast a commander from the command zone?

The decks seems to be fine in testing. You have to open the command zone and cast it from there

If you click the "Change section" button on the bottom you can switch the Commander section to see it
