in my current game, the first effect of [[Norns Decree]] doesn't seem to be adding the poison counters it should be adding to players
anyone else seen this?

Whenever one or more creatures an opponent controls deal combat damage to you, that player gets a poison counter.
Whenever a player attacks, if one or more players being attacked are poisoned, the attacking player draws a card.

@balmy herald Changing TriggeredSourceController to TriggeredAttackingPlayer seems to fix this card. Does this create rules problems ?
