Card: Antique Collector

Issue: When this card comes into play it gives every creature you control an effect that's supposed to trigger upon it's death, giving you the option to, if it's in your graveyard, shuffle it into it's owner's library.
For some reason, this usually doesn't trigger.
This holds true, as far as I can tell, for when:
a) It dies in combat
b) it dies from removal

However, it does seem to trigger on occasion. I seem to recall it triggering when using the sacrifice ability of the planeswalker "Vivien on the Hunt". Maybe the code requires sacrifice instead of dying and going to the graveyard?

Side note: The card "Faithful Disciple" doesn't trigger upon death (combat damage, removal spells doing dmg) either.

Will include Faithful Disciple Here as well as I suspect both cards are related.
Trigger occasion 1: Cast a board wipe (Begin Anew), killing Faithful Caster and a Mogg War Marshal (which ended up on top of the stack) among plenty of other creatures (with no triggers). This time, the Cleric's draft effect activated.

Trigger occasion 2: Being sacrificed (to Vivien on the Hunt) triggers it.
