This issue persist for him in singleplayer as well

The issue also continues whether or the "Enable Targeting Overlay Optimization" is turned on or off

He has reinstalled card forge now, and the arrows are still not present

Try to delete preference folder then restart

Do they work in single player for him? Just not multiplayer?

My apologies, we managed to figure it out late last night but I didn't get around to posting the answer. Somehow he had ended up with the targeting arrows switched off in the dock, and it seems to defaulted back to that even after uninstalling and reinstalling
