i read a lot of tang and song poetry, because i want to understand common cultural references in chinese.
but i discovered that it's much harder to understand poetry and "classical chinese"
i live in USA, but not in a big city. i found only one class at a university that teaches classical chinese, but it's expensive and very far away. i can't do it.
i looked for other methods on google, but the results weren't good.
