#Ability drop down when use symbionts surge

Ok so I noticed that when using symbiote surge some ability drop down look the pic 1 is show spider whiplash using aymbiote surge is drop down or lower, it not big deal but it sometimes is shown 3 or 2 abilities drop it.
I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DESCRIBE THIS PART OK
