The game does not start

I click the play button, it shows that the game started on steam, but nothing happens and the button play gets green and appears again, no error or processes appear
what I tried and this did not help: 1) -win
2) xp (3 sp), vista(2 sp), win 7 in exe properties (both ra3exe and runme)
3) xres yres in properties in steam
4) enabling/disabling DEP
5) run as admin
6) high dpi options
7) adding .exe to the ra3 file
8) reinstallation of steam
9) deleting appcache
10) deleting profiles in documents and appdata
11) setting resolution options in options.ini
12) running just with ra3exe worked before the installation of the tacticus v1, but after that I got 0xc0000142
13) Installation of dx9 and visual c++

Uprising starts and works with no issues btw
I surfed google a lot, but now I am out of options pls help

In point 13 did you install both of these?

Also do you have the 2005 and/or 2010 redistributables as well. You can check these in control panel-> Programs and features.

If you have them right click on them then choose change then in the windows that pop up choose repair.

If any of these are missing, download them from the official MS site

just checked. have all of them, but there are no "change", just delete, I downloaded and installed them once more, but nothing changed(

Did you check in Control Panel -> Programs and features? You wont be able to see that option in settings -> Apps

Yes, in the control panel, newest version of visual c++ has the change option btw
