So after following almost every step the tech support has given, I looked at this post today at another person having issues. So I went to the site and it showed my VPNs Ipv4 address location. My vpn was off, so I decided to go into task manager and looked under background processes. Nord was still running somehow, ended both of the Nord sections. My friend who also uses Nord, did the same. We also pressed ctrl + t and clicked the port selection in the network settings. For whatever, god forsaken reason, this worked and we were finally able to connect. We have not done a reconnect attempt yet as it is working finally for us. Edit: We also had to restart adding to what I have typed now. And it still worked doing what I have said so far.
