When I install tacitus launcher the wizard completes, however when I try launch via the shortcut it creates it comes back with bad parameters.
When I look in my program files x86 there is no revora directory with the files in it.
I've downloaded this direct from the website.
Running windows 11 64bit, does anyone have any ideas for this to install properly?
i've unpacked the download but the files don't look complete to my eye
It doesn't look complete to where there would be files for the launcher
is it possible there may be a issue with the download?

Nothing in defender shows it being blocked when it runs the download in the launcher either

ahhh okay, it's been a few years since I last used it and had to run the hook and then launch via the launcher

hm fails to connect to servers, but looks like it's going for the old gamespy servers. I notice in the game dir I don't have the dsound.dll
is it worth just trying to manually put these files in?

One thing that might be confusing it is I have tib wars 3 installed via EA, and KW installed on Steam

Self resolved somehow
I ran the installer again for the 5th time
and it detected it, gave me the prompt and is working - just a weird bug I guess.
