#RA3 "A system error occurred" when trying to connect.

Hello, I recently (re)installed C&C:Online today to play the RA3 co-op campaign with some friends.

I am on the EA App, Windows 11, and using the recent Tacitus update.

The game launches fine, and Tacitus is indeed active (I get the "press Ctrl-T to open Tacitus configuration" message), though when I try to go into Online to connect, after filling my credentials in and logging in, after a moment I get the message "A system error occurred. Try again later. If problem persists, contact customer support".

I haven't gotten C&C:Online working on this computer yet, so it may very well be a normal setup issue and unrelated to the recent Tacitus update, though yesterday (when things were down with the recent updates), I was getting a different error ("unable to connect to backend server" or something like that).

Checking the settings, an online IP is set and the port number is blank.
(Assuming this is the recent Tacitus update) the C&C Online log file in my TEMP directory is blank.
I also ran a NAT Test (found in other support threads) and everything is fine on my network it looks like.

Could you take a look in your game folder under RetailExe --> latest game version and see if you can procure a tacitus log, could help with figuring out what this problem is.
