In 'appdata>roaming>command and conquer 3 kanes wrath>maps' remove all maps by making a backup to your desktop and see if it works with an empty folder.

I got it fixed now, the problem was a corrupted installation file while I was installing from the disk
(most likey because when I reinstalled it works)
