anyone else having trouble trying to load into online for ZH

I did not try to add it to the firewall yet. But I will check it.

The game is not cracked, I bought it on the Steam. So it is original. It is belong the ultimate collection.
(But I dowload the GenTool, and install some patch. I do not know, is it problem? Is it cause issues?)

I checked the firewall. The game has access to the firewall. I turned off totally the whole firewall but nothing changed...

The problem still here.

Any further advice? :/
