So this message pops up for the .exe of generals, cnc3 & ep1, ra3. After ignoring all of those, C&C:Online will launch but it doesn't seem to be able to hook the games.
Really no idea what to do at all with all of this, at this point completely.
Help would be kindly appreaciated!

You need to run C&C Online elevated (with admin permissions), at least once, to be able to write to that registry key. If doing so still fails, someone may have run a security hardening script on your system, and it will take a few extra steps (on your part, using regedit) to fix.
