Good evening, when I try to launch Red Alert 3 via the C&C launcher there is this message.
I launched steam and the C&C launcher in administrator mode.
Can you help me please ? Thank you.

also put admin mode on RE3 exe as well, and then restart pc i guess, it was very weird because some random time after that, it worked for me
