Easiest way is to run troubleshoot tool and select your language, if that doesnt work run the Kanes wrath installer and select modify and install the language pack

and use the english v1.02 patch https://kaneswrath.com/download/patch-1-02/
This whon't affect exsistent custom maps.
If you have the 4K add-on you will need to reinstall that
