I've tried all I know. Nothing works.
Whenever I hook the game and try to open it, it does not open.
If I unhook it and open it, it opens but it does not recognize CNC online
What to do?

Hook the game, close cnc online then run the game from its shorcut, if that doesnt help then try running steam as admin and running the game from steam instead, if that still doesnt help then please elaborate on what problem youre encountering e.g. the game's splash screen appears but closes.

I hooked the game, ran steam as admin, started the game from steam, it stays like this forever without the game ever running. Not even showing the game's splash screen.
Same thing happens if I hook the game and start it from the shortcut

- reinstall cnc online client and ra3
- mess around with compatiblity settings
Alt+enter on the ra3 executable
Head to compatibility tab
Mess around
Make sure you select run as administrator, unless you want to manually do it every time

I have tried what you've told me. The closest thing I got to launching the game is when I open the game through cnc online. It shows the Splash screen, then gives me this error
