Yeah, it does not cover messages. However, if these things contribute to your general design (and you want to inspire others), feel free to include screenshots with messages

Dominik, I have a question, as you might be aware of that Discord Template Links do not include announcement channnels. So, if someone submits a template link of a community server with announcement type channels, then that is basically a disrupted submission and screenshots might not help you to fully analyze the permission setup too, what about that?

Good question. In this case, screenshots can help or you leave a note in the channel description! :)

• Do you want full server setup or just the community/public part being done only? Like in the full server setup it includes the staff section, logging channels, bots and etc..

1. The deadline is provided in the Forms document and also the Discord Event itself

2. If you meet all requirements, you are free to submit things. Going the extra mile may not hurt

you could just make it as a normal channel and then mention it in description or if the submit form has a thing called Note for Reviewer then you mention it there

Hey, "social communities" seem pretty vague — does a server template designed for a discussion on broad/shifting topics count as one?

Also, does a server template requiring some kind of reaction role mechanism get disqualified?

1. Yes, that counts as Community/Social - any server focused on people hanging out and discussing things fits there

2. Yes, that's allowed! Just note in your submission that it's designed for reaction roles

When you say keep it private, do you mean the template itself, or the design? I ask, as I do discord designs and overhauls for clients, so the template I'd submit likely is already on multiple servers as I've completed hundreds of overhauls in the past several years. Asking, in case my client work makes me ineligible to participate.
