Website is just https://top.gg/servers. Go to your servers page and edit the server you want. On the edit page there is a role section. As for it not having a role you can just make a new role, give it manage roles permissions, move that role above the one you want the bot to give to people and finally give that role to the bot.

If there is no roles available on the edit page then kick the bot, add the role then go to the edit oage again to check if the roles show up now.
