I have been getting constant reports (not really) on the aforementioned DBL member's inappropriate behavior and continuous failures to stop acting toxic towards other DBL community members. I feel that they are not welcome in our server, and should therefore be punished accordingly.

I have been discussing this subject with several senior moderators AND administrators (absolutely no one) for months and we came to a conclusion that a role named "Rules Only" shall be applied to the user for indefinite amount of time. This punishment is not subject to appeal and we will remove the punishment once the user has ~~not~~ learned their lesson ~~just to ban them in a few minutes~~ during the time of punishment.
