Thinking that bringing other servers' drama in #general is the best way to communicate with another user (who blocked them), only because it's the only mutual server that they have. Temporarily muted them without stating a reason to investigate, and they spammed my DMs by saying that I can't mute them for that because it's not clearly specified in our rules that we "can't create dramas" here.
As they seem to require a list of the rules that they were breaking: rules 1 by acting like a dick, 3a by creating conflicts for useless reasons here, 5 by spamming messages with full caps, 8 by having a disrespectful behavior toward everyone in chat asking you to stop.
